JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Name: Customer Support Executive

Willingness to work in rotational shift

Eligibility Age Criteria: Age: 18 – 35 years

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Diploma or Graduations or 10th +2 years of ITI

• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound calls.

• Provide accurate information and support to customers in a professional manner.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Update call logs and maintain records in the system.

Shift Timings:

• Female Candidates: (Day shift only) Any 9-hour shift in between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (including 1-hour break).

• Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift in between 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight) (including 1-hour break).

Language Proficiency Requirement & Salary (CTC):

• Hindi + Gujarati – On hand ₹13,000, Up to ₹15,500 CTC (Including PF & ESIC)

• Marathi + Basic English – On hand ₹15,500, Up to ₹17,500 CTC (Including PF & ESIC)

• English Proficiency – On hand ₹16,800, Up to ₹20,000 CTC (Including PF & ESIC)
