Position: Customer Support Executive (CSE)
Employment Type: Full-Time/ permanent
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18 – 35 years
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma
or any two years ITI after 10th
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound calls.
Provide accurate information and support to customers in a professional manner.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Update call logs and maintain records in the system.
Shift Timings:
Should be comfortable with rotational shift
Female Candidates: (Day shift only) Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (including 1-hour break).
Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM Midnight (including 1-hour break).
