🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient and customer inquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

• Resolve complaints and service requests professionally with timely follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

• Handle payments, cash transactions, and basic account-related activities as required.

• Ensure patient confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.

• Support counter sales, promotional activities, and outreach events when required.
