🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Explain car rental packages, pricing, policies, and availability.
- Manage customer enquiries and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery, pickup, and booking updates.
- Handle complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers to improve booking conversions.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery.

- Highly active, energetic, and alert.
- Excellent convincing skills.
- Strong communication in English and Telugu.
- Understand customer queries the first time.
- Excellent talking skills and confidence.
- Ability to handle customers independently.
