Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Description:

Lawyered is looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills in Hindi to handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities :

•Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email

•Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

•Maintain records of interactions

•Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

•Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory)

•Basic English understanding

•Graduate or undergraduate can apply
