Customer Support Executive

Salary – Fresher (18000)

Experienced – 18000 – 27000 (Gross) based on their last drawn salary

Language – Hindi and English Mandatory

Interview round

ü  HR, Technical (Email test) , Manager round

Shift Timing

ü  General Shift – 9-6,9.30-6.30 , 10 – 7 (Rotational Basis)

Week Off

ü  Rotational Week off ( Monthly 1 Sunday they need to work) . Initially only 1 day week off , but after 3 months First week – 1 day off, Second week – 2 days off and Follows in Cycle each week.

Training

ü  Initially for first 3 Months training will be provided on Products, Size,Applications.

ü  PF, incentive after 3 months based on Sales target, Travel Allowance.

Key Responsibilities

ü  Handle Inbound & Outbound calls

ü  Provide Email & Chat Support

ü  Achieve sales & lead conversion targets

ü  Maintain accurate CRM records & reports

ü  Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions

ü  Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

ü  Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)

ü  Strong persuasion & negotiation skills

ü  Customer-first approach

ü  Knowledge of chat tools, ticketing systems & CRM

Sales – After 3 Months Sales will be assigned, based on the sales target they will get incentive.

Note – need female candidate who can communicate in Hindi and English fluently.

First 15 days they should not take any leave only they can have week off.
