Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle Locking kit activation and provide ongoing technical support to clients. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth installation, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users with product usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in kit installation and activation on customer devices
Provide technical support to retailers, distributors, and end users
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to the kit
Guide customers on usage and features of the product
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
