We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at KLW Foods And Beverages Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to FMCG. Manage campaign/data records, and convert potential leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth customer communication, accurate data management, and backend support. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.
Build trust and relationships with potential clients and convert leads into customers.
Manage orders and maintain accurate client data, including campaign leads, follow-ups, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift. Experience in customer support, inside sales, or backend support roles. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities.
