About the Role

As Account Manager, you are the bridge between Kaleido Kraft Digital and our clients. You own the client relationship — keeping clients informed, happy and on track — so our founders and creative team can focus on doing great work.

This is not a design role or a sales role. This is a communication and coordination role. If you are organised, reliable, great on WhatsApp and love keeping things moving — this is exactly for you.

What You Will Do

• Respond to client messages on WhatsApp and email promptly and professionally

• Follow up with clients on pending content approvals — politely but persistently

• Send payment reminders on schedule and track payment status across all clients

• Brief the design and video team on client requirements clearly and on time

• Follow up with freelancers on delivery deadlines and flag any delays early

• Maintain and update the internal task tracker daily

• Share content calendars with clients every month before the cycle begins

• Collect client feedback and communicate it clearly to the creative team

• Prepare basic monthly performance reports and share with clients

• Coordinate monthly review calls between founders and clients

• Onboard new clients — welcome them, explain the process, collect all brand assets

What We Are Looking For

Must Haves:

• Excellent written communication in English and Hindi

• Highly organised — can manage multiple clients simultaneously without dropping the ball

• Patient, professional and calm when clients are difficult or demanding

• Comfortable on WhatsApp voice and video calls with clients

• Quick learner — can pick up tools and processes fast

• Reliable — shows up, follows through, doesn't need to be chased

• Honest — flags problems early instead of hiding them

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing

• Prior internship or experience in a client-facing or coordination role

• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion or any task management tool

• Background in Mass Communication, BBA, BMM or Marketing

You Do NOT Need:

• Design or video editing skills

• Sales experience

• Deep marketing knowledge

• Prior agency experience
