Job Title: Trainee Process Associate (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Evening Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic Trainee Process Associates to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the healthcare/BPO domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Process claims and handle calls as per guidelines
Follow standard procedures, policies, and quality parameters
Meet productivity and service level targets
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate with team members and supervisors
Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards
Continuously learn and develop process knowledge

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Any discipline)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Basic knowledge of US Healthcare (preferred)

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (written & verbal English)
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good typing and computer navigation skills
Understanding of telephone etiquette
Team player with a positive attitude
