Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about company services and offerings
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) to resolve customer concerns
Identify common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Preferred Skills:
Experience in customer support, BPO, or media/digital industry
Basic understanding of digital media services and advertising
