Job Role:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to insurance products and services

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions

• Respond efficiently while ensuring excellent customer experience

• Engage in active listening and handle irate customers professionally

• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and support tools effectively

• Meet call center performance metrics and service standards

• Follow all company policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

• Sympathetic approach with good multitasking ability

• Voice process/customer support experience preferred

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
