Job Details

• Position: Customer Support Executive

• Process: Tamil Voice Customer Support

• Work Mode: Work From Home

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Language: Tamil speaking is mandatory

• Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
  

Mandatory WFH Requirements

Candidates must have their own:

• Laptop / Computer

• Headset / Headphones with microphone

• Stable internet connection

• Suitable and quiet workspace for handling customer calls

Laptop and headset will not be provided by the company.
Candidate Requirements

• Fluent spoken Tamil

• Basic English communication

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good communication and listening skills

• Comfortable handling customer calls

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday

• Must have a personal laptop, headset and stable internet connection

• Candidates must be available throughout the scheduled working hours
  

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally

• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance

• Follow the prescribed customer-support process

• Provide accurate information to customers

• Record customer interactions correctly

• Maintain customer service and quality standards
  

📅 Working Schedule

Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
