Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries, provide accurate resolutions, and deliver a high-quality customer experience for prepaid and postpaid services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Assist customers with troubleshooting-related issues.

• Resolve queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.

• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

• Follow company processes and quality standards.

• Handle customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced BPO environment.

• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused approach with professional communication.

• Basic BPO/Customer Support knowledge is preferred.

• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary & Benefits

💰 CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
💵 Approx. In-Hand: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month•
📈 Salary may vary based on experience, interview performance and company salary structure.

•Actual in-hand salary will depend on applicable PF, ESI, tax and other statutory deductions.
