Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome clients professionally
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
3. Guide visitors to the appropriate department
Client Support
1. Provide basic information about our brokerage services
2. Assist clients with the account opening process
3. Help with form filling and document submission
4. Inform clients about office timings and procedures
5. Connect clients with relationship managers or advisors
Office & Administrative Work
1. Manage courier and office correspondence
2. Maintain proper client records and documents
3. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and investor programs
4. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, compliance)
