We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Helpdesk Agent to serve as a Care Navigator for patients managing chronic conditions. You will act as the vital link between patients and their doctors, ensuring adherence to care plans through active WhatsApp and phone-based support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Patient Support: Conduct daily calls to monitor patient health
· Data Management: Accurate and timely data entry into patient trackers.
· Navigation: Guide patients through their 90-day roadmap and escalate concerns to clinical teams.
Requirements:
· Languages: Native-level fluency in Bengali; conversational English and Hindi.
· Tech Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
· Communication: Highly empathetic with the ability to motivate patients.
· Setup: This is a Work From Home (WFH) role; requires a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹7,500 per month.
