Job Title: Telecaller – Corporate Events

Company Profile:

We are a well-established corporate event management company, known for organizing and executing seminars, webinars, conferences, and business networking events. We work with reputed corporate clients across industries and deliver high-quality professional events.

📍 Location: Malviya Nagar, Delhi

💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and current/previous salary)

🕒 Experience: 0–3 years

📅 Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to corporate professionals and companies to promote upcoming events, seminars, and conferences

• Explain event details including agenda, date, time, and venue clearly and confidently

• Send event invitations and follow-up emails to interested participants

• Make reminder calls to confirmed attendees before the event

• Maintain call records and update participant databases

• Coordinate with the event management team for attendee confirmations

• Use basic tools like MS Excel and email to manage and share event-related data

Candidate Requirements:

Languages: Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling

Personality: Polite, confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
