We are hiring for Customer Support Executive to our team Indiafloats Technologies. Which is well known company in digital marketing industry past 8 years.

Job Description:

• Act as the single point of contact for all client communications.

• Coordinate effectively with all branches and internal departments for project execution.

• Handle client queries and provide timely updates regarding digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, branding, etc.).

• Ensure clear communication and alignment between clients and all branches.

• Prepare and share regular status reports and campaign updates with clients.

• Support in client onboarding, documentation, and feedback management.

• Follow up with branches on task progress, deadlines, and client deliverables.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all clients and branch interactions.

 Experience: 0 to 1 year

Salary: 12k to 15k

Timing: 10.00 A.M to 6.30 P.M

Working days: Monday to Saturday
