The Management Trainee - Inside Sales / Pre-Sales Specialist is an individual contributor, entry-level role focused on learning and executing inbound/outbound tele-engagement initiatives. • Training and Development: Actively participate in all assigned training sessions and workshops to rapidly enhance telesales/telemarketing skills and comprehensive product knowledge.

• Technology Utilization: Learn to effectively utilize telesales/telemarketing software and telecalling tools to manage customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

• Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on telesales/telemarketing activities, including initial call logs, activity rates, and summaries of customer interactions.

• Compliance: Ensure that all activities adhere to relevant regulations, including data privacy and telemarketing guidelines.
