Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality support to customers through voice, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, able to resolve queries efficiently, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities-Voice process

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support.

• Understand company products/services and provide accurate information to customers.

• Meet individual and team KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
