Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for banking clients

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries

• Maintain high-quality customer service standards

• Ensure compliance with banking processes and guidelines

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Prior experience in international voice process preferred

• Ability to work in UK shifts
