We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to manage client interactions across calls, chats, and emails. The ideal candidate will resolve queries efficiently, provide solutions with clarity, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving acumen, and a service-oriented mindset.
Engage with customers via calls, chats, and emails, addressing their queries effectively.
Resolve complaints and provide timely, accurate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and update CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
6 Months to 2 years of Customer Support Profile experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Active listening and empathetic approach
Professional handling of calls, chats, and emails
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
