Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customers via primarily chat process • Coordinate with operations and logistics team for ensuring smooth order deliveries • Educate customers about the brand’s products and provide clarification for any doubt they might have • Respond to Instagram comments and DM for all round customer service • Contribute in online reputation management by encouraging customers to share their feedback for the brand • Collaborate for marketing projects which might require liaison with customers • Contribute in our influencer outreach and other programs for social media
