Responsibilities:

l Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries using phone, chat & email.

l Resolve customer complaints by providing solutions, alternatives, or escalating issues as needed.

l Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

l Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

l Process orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges and update customer accounts when necessary.

l Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

l Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

l Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu communication.

l Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

l Familiarity with computer systems, MS Office, databases, and customer service platforms.

l Patience, professionalism, and empathy when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
