Customer Support Executive

Shift Timing: Between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off
Note: Female employees will be assigned shifts only up to 8:00 PM.

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle customer interactions effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of calling/customer service experience is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Record customer interactions and update relevant systems.

• Follow company policies and quality standards during customer interactions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work from the office location in Bhopal.

Preferred

• Immediate joiners.

• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, or customer support roles.
