We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients across Accounts, Taxation, EXIM (Export-Import), and HR Management services. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, monitoring compliance timelines, supporting documentation, resolving client queries, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The candidate will also support client onboarding, retention, renewals, and identification of additional service opportunities. Mon-Sat (6 days)
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Coordinate between clients and internal Accounts, Taxation, EXIM, and HR teams.
