Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidate's fresher or 6months of experience in customer service or tele calling, who are proficient in English and Hindi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A min PUC is required, and candidates must be open to working 6days during the Rotational shift.
