Customer Support Executive – CRED PPI Process

GLOBIVA is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. This role involves handling customer queries related to the CRED PPI (Prepaid Payment Instrument) process, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

• Address customer inquiries related to the CRED PPI process with accuracy and efficiency.

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.

• Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation for follow-ups.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever necessary.

• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, quality scores, and call handling time.

• Adhere to company policies and maintain service quality standards during all customer interactions.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass or above.

• Experience: 0–1 year of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, or BPO (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (preferred).

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Willingness to work a 6-day work week in rotational shifts.

• Languages required - Hindi and English
