Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (Work From Office)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/- per month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Job Summary

Galaxy Holiday World is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in customer handling, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.

• Provide accurate information regarding holiday packages, memberships, bookings, and company services.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.

• Respond to emails professionally and within defined timelines.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years in Customer Support.

• Candidates with prior experience in a Holiday, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Vacation Membership Company will be given preference.

• Graduation preferred (12th Pass with excellent experience may also apply).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Good email drafting and professional email handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.

• Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.

• Positive attitude, patience, and professional behavior.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM software.

• Ability to handle customer escalations.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards.
