Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare Billing
Location: Mindspace, Airoli (Onsite)
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM (US Shift)
Working Days: 5 days a week
CTC: ₹2.40 LPA
Take Home: ₹14,500 + ₹3000 Incentives
Night Allowance: ₹3,000
Transport: One-side cab provided
About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive in the US Healthcare Billing domain. This role involves assisting US clients and patients regarding medical bills, insurance claims, payment statuses, and related queries.
Candidates will gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing sectors—US Healthcare BPO.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US medical billing, insurance, claims, and payment queries.
Verify patient information, insurance details, and billing accuracy.
Follow up with insurance companies to check claim status (A/R follow-up).
Resolve denials by understanding denial codes and reprocessing claims if required.
Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
Document call details accurately in the system.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining quality and productivity metrics.
Required Skills & Domain Knowledge:
✔ Good communication skills (English)
✔ Willingness to work in night shifts
✔ Basic understanding of:
US Healthcare system
Medical terminology
Insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance)
RCM process (optional for freshers but preferred)
✔ Ability to handle sensitive financial and health-related information
✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
✔ Freshers with good communication can apply; training will be provided
