Job Summary

GENI HOMES is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers via phone.

• Explain GENI HOMES projects, including villas, plots, and construction services.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.

• Schedule and confirm site visit appointments.

• Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Update customer details and lead status in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Site Teams.

• Share project details, brochures, pricing, and offers through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Insurance industry experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

• Experience in customer follow-up and lead conversion.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
