Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Axis Bank process for our Client in Bangalore. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions, resolving banking-related queries, and driving product awareness and sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to banking products and services

• Assist customers with account-related, card-related, and service requests

• Provide accurate information about banking products such as credit cards, loans, and other financial services

• Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell banking products

• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

• Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)

• Ensure compliance with company and banking regulations

• Sales orientation with convincing skills

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Profile

• Immediate joiners will be given priority

• Candidates with prior BPO / Banking / Customer Service experience preferred (not mandatory)
