We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling driver support calls, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
• Resolve drivers' queries and complaints
• Provide correct information and guidance
• Escalate complex issues to concerned department
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution

Salary & Benefits

• In-hand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
