About Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Tally Accounting Support Customer Support

Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting

principles, hands-on experience with TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9, and excellent communication skills. As

a Tally Accounting Support Customer Support Executive, He / She will play a crucial role in assisting

our clients, resolving their accounting software-related queries, and ensuring a seamless user

experience.

Responsibilities

 Provide exceptional customer support and assistance via phone, email, chat, or remote

sessions.

 Address customer inquiries and technical issues related to TallyPrime/Tally.ERP 9 and

accounting Process.

 Assist customers with software installation, configuration and troubleshooting

 Guide customers on how to use TallyPrime / Tally.ERP 9 features effectively for their

accounting needs.

 Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues

promptly.

 Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM System.

 Stay updated with the latest TallyPrime/Tally.ERP 9 updates, features, and best practices.

 Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and

experiences.

 Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials for

customers.

 Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

 Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial workflows, and taxation concepts

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced

environment.

 Proficiency in using CRM software, remote desktop tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

 Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.

 Certification in Tally ERP or accounting software (preferred but not required).
