Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage domestic inbound calls and assist customers by addressing their queries efficiently. The role involves providing accurate information, maintaining basic records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Role:

Handle domestic inbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain basic customer data and records.
Escalate issues when required.

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel, data entry).
Good communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude.

Timings: 9:30 a.m. -6:00 p.m.

Experience: Min. 6 Months
