Job Overview

Experts Of Deals is looking for a motivated and communication-skilled CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain client relationships, and support business operations. Freshers and candidates with basic CRM knowledge are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and follow-ups professionally
Maintain and update customer databases and records
Coordinate with sales and support teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure timely communication with clients and leads
Assist in managing daily CRM activities and reporting

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
