Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken person to handle customer calls, service updates, and basic coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls (service inquiries, follow-ups)
Call customers for updates, reminders, and feedback
Coordinate between customer, operations team, and technicians
Maintain basic records of calls and service status
Support WhatsApp communication with customers
Ensure smooth customer experience
Requirements:
Basic communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Polite and patient nature
Ability to handle multiple calls
Basic mobile/computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel basic)
Fresher / 6 months experience can apply
Salary:
₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (based on skills)
