📢 Job Description

Porter is hiring Work From Home Telecalling Executives to handle outbound customer calls and promote Porter services using company-provided leads. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound customer calls using company-provided data and leads.

• Generate 85 leads per day with a target of 35 conversions.

• Ensure professional communication and positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

• Follow company calling guidelines and operational procedures.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18 – 31 Years

• Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Degree

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

• Must have Laptop/Desktop

• Stable Wi-Fi / Broadband connection (Minimum 45 Mbps)

🎓 Training

• Online training will be provided by the company.

• Training salary will be paid to certified employees.

🕒 Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday

• Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Take Home Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month

• Benefits: PF & ESI
