We are hiring Customer Support Associates proficient in Porter to handle Voice Process through inbound calls only.

Responsibilities

Handle Automated outbound calls

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate solutions

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

Ensure a professional and positive customer experience

Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases

Ensure data security and confidentiality
