Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform document verification as per company guidelines.
If documents are blurred or unclear, call customers and request them to share proper documents.
Make outbound calls to customers for verification and support.
Data will be provided by the company.
Generate and manage 85 leads per day with a target of 35 successful conversions.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a positive experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18 to 31 years
Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma or above
Languages: Malayalam & Hindi (Mandatory)
Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
Must have own Laptop and Wi-Fi/Broadband Connection (45 Mbps or above)
Training will be provided online, and training salary will be paid once certified.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
Sunday Fixed Week Off
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 Hour Break)
Compensation & Benefits:
Take Home Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month
