🌟 Permanent Work From Home 🌟

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits to ensure proper promotion of the Porter brand (online/offline).

  • Handle customer support interactions and resolve customer queries effectively.

  • Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.

  • Communicate professionally with customers across multiple regions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate (Any Stream)

  • Languages Mandatory: Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi & English

  • Laptop & Wi-Fi connection mandatory

  • Good communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month

  • PF & ESI benefits

  • 1-week paid training

  • Sunday fixed week off

Working Details:

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
