Job Role: Survey Calling Executive

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Handle Outbound auto calls through Ameyo Dialer for survey/feedback collection.

Attend 90–100 calls per day as per process requirement.

Ask predefined survey questions and accurately capture customer responses.

Ensure call quality, compliance, and data accuracy.

Maintain daily call logs and survey reports.

Training & Onboarding:

4 to 5 days of training & certification will be provided.

Training salary will be paid upon successful certification.

Practice sessions and OJT will be provided during the initial days.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 to 31 years only

Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate (Any Stream)

Languages Mandatory: Malayalam+ Hindi+English

Tamil+ Hindi+ English

Laptop and Wi-Fi connection is mandatory

Good communication and listening skills

Work & Shift Details:

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Flat weekly off

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month
