Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. This person will be the first line of communication with our customers and will also act as the liaison between customers and our warehouse operations to ensure issues are resolved swiftly and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram DMs
Make follow-up or feedback calls to customers when necessary
Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve order-related issues such as delays, exchanges, or returns
Maintain clear internal documentation and ticket tracking
Work closely with the operations team and report to the Ops Lead
Assist in conducting customer surveys and gathering feedback for process improvement
Learn and use tools such as Shopify and our internal software systems (training will be provided)
Requirements
Proficiency in professional English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work from our HSR Layout warehouse, 6 days a week
