We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Encasers. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Automobile. The role offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer support tickets (Amazon, website, WhatsApp)
Call customers to resolve issues and assist with product setup (call/video)
Follow up with customers for reviews and feedback
Call and follow up on IndiaMART leads
Reach out to Instagram influencers for collaborations
Assist in basic UGC video editing
Test returned products to identify faults and report issues
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
