We are hiring Customer Support Advisors for the Airtel DTH Process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer service experience over calls. Candidates with good communication skills and a customer-centric approach are encouraged to apply.

Good English communication skills required

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to Airtel DTH services
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information
