• Freshers: ₹21,000 In-Hand | ₹26,100 CTC per month

• Experienced Candidates: ₹23,000 In-Hand | ₹28,100 CTC per month

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for Kotak Securities. Candidates with good English communication skills and a customer service background are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

Available Processes

1. Voice Process: Customer Service – Calls

2. Chat Process: 50% Chat and 50% Calls

3. Email Process: Email and Calls

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Experienced candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Minimum Versant Level 5 required.

• Graduation marksheet is mandatory.

Documents Required for Experienced Candidates

• Offer Letter or Appointment Letter

• Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips or Bank Statement

• Experience Letter or Relieving Letter

Working Details

• Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

• Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off

• Interview Rounds: HR Round → Operations Round → Client Round

• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
