We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and customer service standards
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
Good spoken and written English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
