Ekansh Global is looking for a dedicated Customer Support & Client Coordination Executive to manage communication with our existing B2B clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain regular communication with existing B2B clients.
Understand client needs and provide timely updates, support, and solutions.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Build strong, long-term relationships to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Handle client queries through calls, emails, and messages.
Prepare basic client reports and follow-ups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Experience in customer support, client coordination, or B2B communication preferred.
Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain positive relationships.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Professional, polite, and confident personality.
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with good communication can also apply).
