Designation: Student Support Executive/ Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

 Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

 Provide product information and assist with orders, returns, and refunds.

 Document customer interactions in the CRM system.

 Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns.

 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards
