Key Responsibilities

• Job Description – International UK Process

  Key responsibilities:

  · handling telephone & email enquiries from residents

  · resolving customer questions and billing queries over the phone/email from residents

  · managing residential debts across our utility schemes and negotiating repayment plans.

  · Generating & issuing utility usage bills to residents as per our contractual arrangement with the client.

  · setting up new customer accounts from new site activation and day to day tenancy

  · Changes – followed up with issuing Introduction letters, Welcome Packs & D/D mandates and billing.

  · processing of bank transfer payments onto customer accounts

  Key Skills and Competences:

  
  · Excellent telephone manner

  · Experience handling telephone enquiries from clients

  · Experience in client account management

  · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  · Able to resolve queries and disputes with clients and suppliers

  · Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail
